This website

This portfolio does not use advertising trackers, a mailing-list database or visitor accounts. Your optional Light or Dark appearance choice is stored locally in your browser. System appearance removes that override and follows your device preference.

Project configuration may be carried between the estimate and proposal steps in this browser. It is a planning selection, not a payment or an agreement to commission work. Keep confidential project details out of URLs and the initial enquiry.

Hosting

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the service. Provider-side logs are not claimed to be disabled.

Project enquiries

The enquiry form collects the contact and project information you submit, including selected services, platforms, options and estimate details where applicable. Enquiries are stored in the site’s private database through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for review and response. They are available to the site owner through administration tools, not a public enquiry list.

Where email forwarding is configured, submitted details are sent through Resend to my inbox with your address as Reply-To. Email responses use Google Workspace. No public calendar connection is implied.

Submit only what is needed to assess the project. Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential logs, private source or payment details. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit spam. Contact me to request correction or deletion of information you submitted; necessary business records may need to be retained.

Payments

Where an agreed engagement uses checkout, Stripe processes payment on its hosted interface. This website does not receive your card details. A random identifier in the browser tab’s session storage can resume that payment attempt; payment status is checked with Stripe. Payment-event and paid-order records support duplicate prevention, service delivery and necessary business records.
