Service terms

Updated 3 November 2026. Services supplied by Exlumina, Inc. (Delaware).

Scope and estimates

Prices are in USD, excluding applicable tax. Package and configurator amounts are scope-based estimates. “From” prices are budgetary starting points. Neither an estimate nor a proposal request creates a contract, reserves capacity or authorizes a payment.

Before work starts, a written proposal confirms the deliverables, supported platforms and targets, dependencies, acceptance checks, final service fee, third-party costs and timing. Unknown or unsupported requirements need review. Changes outside that scope are separately agreed before additional work.

Platforms and shared work

Native clients, shared-code applications, browser products and desktop targets are distinct scopes. A bundle can reuse suitable specification, design, backend or API work; it does not remove target-specific integration, packaging or verification. A new backend is not charged again where the same qualified backend is already included.

Each package names the included platform, architecture, device or browser targets and release channel. Additional targets, complex synchronization, special hardware, privileged integrations and incompatible source may require a different proposal.

Accounts and external services

You provide suitable access, project materials and the rights needed for the work. Memberships, hosting, API/model usage, certificates, paid assets, hardware and other external costs are separate unless included in writing. Enrollment, identity checks, provider permissions and personal attestations remain subject to the provider’s requirements.

Release preparation and submission do not guarantee Store approval, review timing, third-party acceptance or uninterrupted service. Credentials and sensitive source material are exchanged only through an agreed secure channel.

Payment and acceptance

The proposal specifies the payment schedule, acceptance window, review milestones, revision allowance, correction period and cancellation or refund arrangements before payment. A configurable estimate is not a checkout. Any existing payment link applies only to its separately inspected and agreed engagement.

Defects within the agreed scope are distinct from new requirements. Continuing maintenance, reserved engineering capacity and improvements require their own written terms. No subscription, additional fee or unlimited support is implied by an implementation package.

Delivery and handover

The agreed delivery may include source, build or deployment instructions, release artifacts, license attribution and acceptance evidence. Upstream software keeps its own license and contributor credit. The proposal identifies customer-controlled accounts, handover responsibilities and any ongoing operational dependency.

Availability and response arrangements are agreed for the engagement. This website does not establish a response-time commitment, an uptime guarantee or a delivery date.
